The Forum has undergone an entire upgrade for 2025. This includes a PHP upgrade and serverside improvements as well as making a classic "GIF" transitioner for the heasder.
It just struck us as fun that uif we showed a collection of images in a very easily updateable animation it would intrigue and inspire. Considering gifs are only allowed 256 colours v. the 16,000,000 of other graphics formats... it's doing pretty well holding its own. The file is maxed out as all imaged deploy all 256 colours with a sophisticated dithering system but.... they look good and better if you only use a Phone.
Changing the text was an issue as its a complex file that allows this, the suual cascasing style sheet miseries which we all detest but if something isnt right let up know. If text disappeaers or links work fine but look funny just let us know and we'll huint it down. Send a screen grab if you can or just be descriptive.
We've been siftin trhoguh the multitudes of PERCHANCE engines to find you some decent image renderers and some of them are great fun. "Cant go wrongers" as we call them here.
Just remember to experiment. Theres nothing can happen damagewise if you play with the sliders and buttons. Be creative.
With the perchance systems and soon we'll include a software that allows enlargeing of the PERCHANCE output (bec ause the images are, by comparison to mainstream rather small) to great degrees AND enhances it to boot.
For now we would like to try and wish all those who call in a happy and pofitable 2025.
